In 2017, the Pohailani market experienced a productive year with $2,956,000 in total sales volume. Units in the community are able to find a wealth of buyers because of the complex’s proximity to the beach, extremely attractive price points, and ability to generate cash flow from short term rentals. Of the 9 units sold, only one unit took longer than a year to sell while the remaining 8 units were sold within 3 months of coming to the market. The 2 bedrooms were the most popular unit sold last year because they are the most abundant in the complex.
The Pohailani community operates in a strict price point which makes it easy for buyers to know what range they are operating in. The $300k price range saw the most production with 8 units sold, while the $200k price point only had 1 unit sold. The sales throughout the year were split evenly with the first half seeing 5 units sold and the latter half seeing 4 units sold.

At this time (as of 1/2/18), there is only 1 unit for sale in the entire community. The low inventory in the community is attributed to the desirability of the complex.
