While the average asking price for 2 and 3 bedroom Wailea condos has been holding steady, the average asking price for 1 bedroom condos has sharply increased by more than $41,000 in the last 45 days. A quick look at 1 bedroom Wailea Condos for sale shows the current average asking price at $874,409 which is up dramatically from April 15th average of $832,939. There have been 10 price reductions for Wailea condos in the last 15 days. One of the most significant price reductions we been monitoring is for Wailea Palms Unit 2803. This 2 bedroom unit is back on the market after falling out of escrow in the beginning of May and has dropped in price from $840,000 down to $699,000!

There was also a $100,000 price reduction for Makena Surf Resort unit B206. This unit fell out of escrow on May 26 and is now priced at $2,285,000.
