A median sold price of $635,000 is a more accurate reflection of how diverse the Kihei market is. There were five homes sold for $3 million and those homes are Wailea quality in a Kihei location. Four of the homes sit beachfront which immediately inflate price while the last one is located in a luxury Kihei neighborhood that borders the Wailea/Kihei divide.

At the moment there are a little over 60 active listings representing an average list price of $1,391,177. The rather high average list price is a great indication of where the market is heading as the lowest listed Kihei home is just under half a million. There are 2 listings over $15 million that are beachfront on Keawakapu, technically they list as Kihei homes when we really consider them to be of Wailea price and prestige.
