Six months into 2022 and it has been a whirlwind of a market between slim inventory, increased travel demand, rising interest rates, and numerous external factors. Q1 continued the upward trend from 2021, while Q2 has experienced a return to a normalized market while still increasing at slower rate due to the lack of inventory.
