Maui Swap Meet Returns

As 2021 continues on, we have witnessed the re-openings of some of our favorite places on Maui. It is truly heartwarming to announce that Maui’s Swap Meet has opened after a 15-month break.

Located in the parking lot of University of Hawaii Maui College, the swap meet is a bustling market with an array of things to choose from. This year there are 160 vendors as opposed to the 200 vendor norm. However, that has not faltered the charm of the market in the slightest.

Each vendor is unique in their own products and it is impossible not to find something to like. Commerce such as, jewelry, clothing, fresh produce, and other things that you can enjoy either as a local or a visitor. Aside from the buyable commerce there are also food options that the whole ohana can enjoy such as, homemade jam & jellys, shave ice, lunch entrees, and other delicious food options.

It is also important to note that many of the vendors have been selling at market since its opening in 1981. Like us, these businesses have preserved through this challenging year to come out on top. So make sure to get out there and spread the aloha at the market!

The admission for the Maui Swap Meet is free and commences from 7am to 1pm every Saturday.
