At the time we entered escrow back in the end of March, 224 Kamakoi was one of only 10 or so homes under the $2 million mark. Inventory was extremely thing and flooded with demand. The Kihei home market has been on fire since the start of the year with more than 100 million in sales volume! Homes are moving at record pace with a median of 62 days on market. We’ve since the market cool a little since the end of Q1, but with heavy uptick in summer arrivals, we expect another rampant market to pick up. Only 7 homes have been sold in excess of $2 million, while more than half of the home sold have been under the 7 figure barrier.
