More than 90% of the homes sold were in the $1 million price point with only 1 home sold in excess of $2 million. By far the most dominant price point was the $1.5 million range with 25% homes sold. Buyers can expect a lot size of at least 7500 sqft with some even reaching over 1/4 of an acre.

In terms of value at $500-$700/sqft, the homes here represent excellent buys. The Kilohana neighborhood is well known for its Wailea lifestyle priced at Kihei prices.
