After 8 full months, the Wailuku real estate market has seen $117 million in running sales volume and will look to finish off the year with a strong 4th quarter. Bolstered by new home sales, close to 66% of the homes sold were resale deals. In the upper end of the market, less than 10% of the homes sold were above the $1 million barrier.
