The Kula market represents slightly under $44 million in running sales volume. Surprisingly, close to 1/3 of the homes sold were able to find buyers within 2 months of coming to market; of those homes, 5 of them were sold in less than 40 days. More than half of the homes sold were under the $1 million barrier, while only 2 homes were sold above the $2 million mark.
