Three Year Wailea Condo Market Analysis

As the Wailea/Makena real estate market enters an interesting period for both buyers and sellers, now is a great time to take a deep dive into the numbers. The 1,500 acre master-planned community of Wailea has 14 condominium communities totaling about 1760 units.

The first condo completed in Wailea was Wailea Elua Village which completed its first phase in 1976. The two newest established Wailea condo communities are Ho’olei (completed in 2008) and Papali (completed in 2009). The latest Wailea condo development is Keala O Wailea.
