Buying into the Hale Kamaole community is a popular move by many buyers because of its strong reputation as a vacation rentable Kihei condo. Its coveted location and walking distance to Kamaole Beach Park III is a strong driver for demand.

The Hale Kamaole market has cooled off since a rapid start of the year. No units have been sold since the first week of February. Part of the downturn can be contributed to the lack of inventory throughout the year. In terms of price/sqft, buyers should expect $550-$750.

Hale Kamaole Market Update 2019

Throughout 2019, the market has seen up and down year. After a strong start in January, the market saw a quite summer with only 3 closings since summer. The market has been quite slow this year and has not been able to average 1 sale per month, unlike other Kihei condos like Kamaole Sands and Maui Kamole where they have seen strong sales figures.

The $600k and $700k price point has seen the most concentration of sales with 2/3, while the $400k and $500k range each saw one sale.
