Meet Ed Mikesh, Owner of Wailea Wine
Born and raised in St. Paul Minnesota, Ed has called Hawaii home for over over 20 years now and has been the proud owner of Wailea Wine for close to 10 years.
Beginning his foray into the retail wine business in 2012, Ed’s love for fine food and wine has been a life-long passion. As a 2nd level Certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers, Ed has held notable positions at The Manele Bay Hotel on Lana’i, VINO Restaurant in Kapalua, and Southern Wines & Spirits.
Today, Ed is proud to carry on the legacy of Wailea Wine as Maui’s favorite neighborhood wine shop and gourmet grocery. When it comes to finding the best wine for every occasion, Ed understands wine is an experience best shared with family, friends, and loved ones.
