The Kihei Garden Estates saw just over $2.5 million in sales volume with 6 units sold. All units were met with eager buyers and did not last longer than 3 months on the market; the quickest sale was just 40 days from list date to close date. Although averaging 1 sale every other month, other Kihei condos for sale like Kamaole Sands, Maui Kamaole, and Hale Kamole can see sales in excess of 20 condos sold per year.
All sales were bunched in a $100k price point from $370k to $470k; sales were dispersed evenly between each price range. In terms of price/sqft, buyers should expect to pay anywhere from $500-$650.
