The Haleakala Gardens market has seen a strong year with 17 units sold for a running sales volume of just over $6.1 million. Through 3 quarters of 2019, March and September were the only month to see no units sold. April was the most productive month with close to 30% sold, while June wasn’t far behind with 3 units sold. All of the unit sold were able to find a buyer within 4.5 months of being list.
The lowest priced unit sold for full list price at $295,000 and it was an absolute steal with a lofted layout and a spacious 500+ sqft floor plan. The highest priced unit closed in the low $400k range and sold for just $5k less than asking. In terms of price/sqft, buyers should expect to pay a wide range and should expect around $350-$550/sqft.
