Through 9 full months, the Haiku market has seen 71 homes sold for a running sales volume of just over $68 million. Sales have been evenly dispersed throughout the year with February being the slight exception at 2 homes sold. Homes in Haiku are moving quite fast as around 40% of homes have been sold within 3 months of coming to market. Meanwhile on the opposite end of the market, 9 homes needed longer than 1 year to find a buyer.
In terms of sold prices, 10 homes have been sold for $550,000 or less. Haiku is known for its attractive prices with close to 60% of homes being sold for less than $1 million. It’s rare for the Haiku market to get into the $2+ million range with only 4 homes being sold in that range.
