Wailea Point market saw a 2018 with 10 units sold worth a total sales volume of $28,650,888. Compared to some of the sales data in the past, 2018 was a spectacular year for a complex with one of the highest barriers to entry in terms of Wailea Condos for sale.
Sales in 2019 have been even across the board with two sales in $1M price point, one in the $2M range, another in $3M, and one more in the $5M price range. 20% of the units sold were done in a private sale where it never was publicly listed in the MLS; it isn’t atypical for these type of sales to occur with many sellers preferring privacy.
