With 8 condos sold through 8months, the Ho’olei complex is experiencing a strong year with $23.8 million in running sales volume, good enough for 1 unit sold per month. Considering the high barrier to entry, Ho’olei has performed extremely well among Wailea condos for sale. Although inventory has been slightly down compared to recent years, the low inventory has generated strong demand.
All of the unit sold in 2019 were able to find a buyer within 9 months of being listed; in fact, more than 50% of the units found buyers within 3 months of being listed. As far as sold prices, the $3+ million range has been extremely dominate with more than 63% of the listings sold in this range. In terms of price/sqft., buyer should expect to pay around $800-$1450.
