With six condos sold through 6.5 months, the Ho’olei complex is experiencing a strong year with $18,385,000 in running sales volume. Inventory has been slightly down compared to compare to other years, but that has not slowed buyers down. All of the unit sold in 2019 were able to find a buyer within 6 months; in fact, 3 of the units found buyers within 2 months of being listed.

As far as sold prices, the $3+ million range has been extremely dominate with more than 80% of the listings sell in this range and only one unit sold in the $2 million price point. In terms of price/sqft., buyer should expect to pay around $800-$1450.
