Averaging close to 4 units sold per month, the market is currently experiencing a running sales volume of just over $8.2 million with no signs of slowing down. The strong demand seen in this complex isn’t atypical as many favor it for its attractive price point and great Kihei location.
We always recommend that buyers be ready to act on a property if they feel strongly about it, 66% of the units sold were able to a find within 2 months of coming to market including time in escrow. In fact, some of the extremely desirable units enter escrow within days of being listed.
