We are a few weeks past the half way point of 2019 and the real estate numbers are in. Let’s take a look at how the market has faired in both residential and condo sales.
Overall, the total number of real estate sales on Maui have been down; however, the median sales figures have been up. Residential and condo markets have all seen record highs with many questioning how much longer can the market keep surging up.
South Maui in particular has been extremely productive with almost 40% of all sales recorded in the the South Maui region.
