April has seen the most sales with 2, while February has seen the 1 other sale. Units here take a little longer to sale compared to other Wailea condos for sale. Sales have been concentrated in the $800k range with 66% of the sales, while 1 unit has sold in the $700k range. In terms of price/sqft, buyers should expect to pay around $700-$900.

In general, 6 units for sale at the Palms of Wailea is a decent amount of inventory; over the years, I have certainly seen more in this complex, but I’ve also seen less. Six is a good amount of inventory and can offer insights into the range of units in the complex. With the exception of 1 unit, all units have been listed in 2019. The $700k price point represents 50% of the market, while the $900k is the next most popular with 33% of the listings.
