Just last year, Keala O Wailea completed the sale of its original developer offerings with a large portion of original buyers deciding to sell their units. With 7 units sold for a running sales volume of just over $10.3 million, all sales have been resales with none being offered by the developer. So far, 6 of the 7 units sold were all sold within 6 months of coming to market, while only 1 needed just about 11 months.
Sales have been across the board with the $1.4 million range and below being the most productive, while only one sale has broken the $2+ million range. In terms of price/sqft, buyers should expect to pay around $1,000-$1300.
