Wailea Ekahi has seen a strong Q1 with 86% of the units sold in the first 3 months of the year, while only 1 unit was sold in all of April. February was by far the most productive month with 4 units sold; January and March each saw 1 unit sold. Units have seen strong demand with 6 units being sold within 3 months of coming to market; the remaining unit just over 4 months to find a new owner.
