Kai Ani Village is off to a decent start with $1,850,000 in running sales volume and 3 units sold through the first quarter of the year. The sales have seen a mixed bag with one unit being sold within two weeks of being listed, while 66% of the units needed closer to 9 months to find a buyer. Two of the units sold were 2 bedroom units, while the other was a 3 bedroom units.
The sales in 2019 have been more towards the lower end of the $500k range. On the upper end of the market, 1 unit was sold in the mid $700k price point. Buyers should expect to pay anywhere from $500-$650/sqft for a unit.
