Kamoa Views is an extremely competitive Kihei market to get into because of the lack of inventory. With only 44 units in total, rarely ever do condos here get put on the market. But when they do get listed, they move rather quickly and buyers should always be in the know if they are interested in purchasing here.

This year, Kamoa Views market has seen 4 units sold for a running sales volume of just under $1.2 million and has now surpassed all of 2017’s sale which only saw 3 units sold. Units here move extremely fast, all 4 units were sold within 6 months of coming to market. To further back up this statement, over the last 3 years, the longest a unit has been on the market is just under 6 months which tells you all you need to know.

The majority of sales happen around the $300,000 price range where buyers can expect to pay around $450-$550 per sqft. However, on rare occasions, buyers can sometimes pick up units in the $200k price point.
