Units here move extremely fast, all 4 units were sold within 6 months of coming to market. To further back up this statement, over the last 3 years, the longest a unit has been on the market is just under 6 months which tells you all you need to know.

The majority of sales happen around the $300,000 price range where buyers can expect to pay around $450-$550 per sqft. However, on rare occasions, buyers can sometimes pick up units in the $200k price point.
