Considering the high barrier to entry and monthly costs associated with a unit, the activity at Wailea Beach Villas has been very impressive. The months of March, August, and September are tied for the most productive with 2 a piece; January, February, April, May, and June round out the sales with 1 each. When villas are selling this price point, deals take some time to be put together; only 3 of the units were sold within 60 days of coming to market, while the remaining units needed at least 4 months or longer.
