More than 75% of the units sold this year were original developer offerings as they are still trying to close out the last phase of the development. Only 4 of the units sold this year were resale units.
With $420k separating the highest priced unit and lowest priced unit, the level of upgrades certainly factor in to the different price ranges, but there are other points to consider like view corridor, yard space, and location in the community.
