The large amount of production is particularly impressive because the homes here cannot be rented out on a short term basis. More than 75% of the units sold this year were original developer offerings as they are still trying to close out the last phase of the development. Only 4 of the units sold this year were resale units.
With $420k separating the highest priced unit and lowest priced unit, the level of upgrades certainly factor in to the different price ranges, but there are other points to consider like view corridor, yard space, and location in the community. For what you get, the homes here provide exceptional value at around $470-$650/sqft with the smallest home being just over 1800 sqft.
