The Ho’olei market has been experiencing a stronger year than 2017 through the same time frame by more than 1 unit sold. Part of the slower turnover is due to the low inventory. Ho’olei owners are reluctant to sell their unit for a variety of reasons, but most can be attributed to strong rental income and the quality of lifestyle at Ho’olei.
