As the latest listing to market, Kihei Shores C208 is a top floor corner unit with plenty of breezy trade winds flowing throughout. Double pocket doors between the main living area and master bedroom maximize air flow and keep the unit cool year round. With a washer and dryer set in the unit, it is definitely one of the major perks and makes for easy laundry. Remolded within the last few years, the kitchen boast granite counter tops, new cabinets, and tile floors. Kihei Shores is definitely one of Kihei’s best kept secrets with is situated just a few blocks from Kamaole Beach Park III and plenty of easy access to all that Kihei has to offer. Since the complex is on the smaller size, maintenance fees are quite modest at under $450/month and come with access to BBQ areas, a community pool, and plenty of common sitting areas.

Kihei Shores 2018 Market Update
The Kihei Shores market got off to a slow start in 2018 with only 2 units sold through the 1st quarter; however, the end of April saw 4 closings within 4 days. It isn’t atypical for a complex like Kihei Shores to pick up a majority of its sales within a quick time frame. May then saw 2 more closings, June did not see any closings, there has been 1 closing so far in July. Only 1 of the 9 units sold so far took longer than 6 months to find a buyer.
The sales prices at Kihei Shores are pretty consistent with all 9 selling within a $50k price point. Although, only 1 buyer was lucky enough to scoop one up in the $200k range. Interestingly, 2 three bedroom units were sold this year but neither was the highest priced unit sold which indicates buyers are willing to pay more a smaller upgraded unit than a larger middle of the road unit. Buyers should expect to pay anywhere from $315-$500/sqft.
