Kai Ani Village Market Update 2018
Kai Ani Village is off to a decent year with $2,364,900 in running sales volume and 4 units sold through the 1st half of 2018. Compared to the same time last year, the 2017 sales data is outperforming 2018 by more than 6 units sold. Of the 75% units sold this year, they were able to find buyers within 2 months of coming to market; while the remaining 4th sale only needed a little under 4 months.
The sales in 2018 have been more towards the lower end in the $400k and $500k range. On the upper end of the market, 1 unit was sold in the mid $700k price point. Buyers should expect to pay anywhere from $450-$600/sqft for a unit.
