The lowest priced listing, Wailea Point 3401 is a 1st floor unit that is in more or less original condition, but has been well maintained over the years. The 518 sqft lanai is a mix of covered and uncovered, but either way is an enviable feature in Wailea Point because of the additional living space it offers. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the unit is on the smaller side for the complex but is definitely on the larger side compared to other Wailea condos for sale. Priced in the low $1 million, it’s surprising no other buyers have moved for it. The low barrier to entry is a great way to get into the community, while still possibly having some cash to make upgrades.
