An extremely special unit, Haleakala Gardens 8E has been upgraded head to toe and is the ideal unit. As a 3 bedroom unit, there is plenty of space for a young family or an extra bedroom for guests. The 932 sqft unit feels a lot larger because of the high ceilings and plenty of natural light that flows through the unit. The unit first came to market in June and was held firm throughout its time on the market, it turned out to be a smart because it was ultimately able to sell for a great price.

The Haleakala Gardens has seen a productive year with 11 units sold for a running sales volume of $3,463,365. Although averaging just about 1 unit sold per month, Haleakala Gardens isn’t quite as productive as some of the Kihei condos like Kihei Villages or Southepointe at Waiakoa, where they easily see 30+ condo sales per year. This complex is desirable for a variety of reasons that include low maintenance fees, attractive list prices, and close proximity to the beach.
The demand for the Haleakala Gardens is evident as 9 of the 11 condos sold within 6 months of coming to market. The market here operates in a pretty tight price range of $265k to $378k, all 11 units sold this year were within $110k of each other. Although the sales in the community are in a slim price point, the $300k was most dominant with 55% of the units sold. The 3 bedrooms units were the most popular with 7 units sold this year; they represent the best value on the market at $367.43/sqft.
