In the last month, the listing activity in Wailea has taken off and just about averages 1 new listing per day. Although there is increase supply in the market, there will also be stronger demand in the market place. So buyers need to be ready and willing to write competitive offers if they see a property they like.
At this time, 24 units are priced under the $1 million threshold, while 3 Grand Champions condos for sale are priced in the $500k and represent some of the best values on the market.
