In 2016, the Wailea Highlands homes for sale market so a fantastic amount of sales activity with 3 homes sold. Although 3 homes sold in the community sounds like a small amount, it is actually a really impressive number for Wailea Highlands because a total of 5 homes have been sold over the last 4 years. In 2016, the community saw a total sales volume of $18,000,000, which is very admirable considering the little amount of inventory in Wailea Highlands.
