As of the end of October, there are only 5 Kihei Akahi condos for sale on the market representing a projected sales volume of $2,475,000. Usually the Kihei Akahi market carries a little more inventory, but the complex has been having such a great year that 93% of the units sold in 6 months or less.
The market is a 60/40 split of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units with no studio units available at this time. The list prices breakdown as follows: 1 unit in $300k range, 3 listings in $400k price point, and 1 listing in the mid $600’s. The $600k listing stands out as an outlier in the market because it is in the coveted B building with the closest access to the beach which allows it to be priced close $200k more than the next closest priced listing because
