2017 Summer Sold Activity At Montage Kapalua
It has been a little over 6 months since a new sales team has taken over at the Montage Kapalua and they have done a great job with their sales! They are eager to move their product and have set up exclusive “experience” packages for willing and able buyers; they have their sites set on closing out all sales of developer units by the end of next year (hopefully). No closings have taken place until the latter half of 2016, but that is in part due to the time the units spent in escrow.

All villas now come with the option of being sold furnished and unfurnished; some buyers prefer to put the touches on themselves, while others just want to show up and have it taken care of. The buyer demographic for the complex has been very interesting with a lot of the buyers coming from all over the globe.
