We first brought this unit to market this past summer at a price of $1,375,000. We experienced some slight interest but none to create serious intent; so after some careful considerations with our client, we decided to reduce the price by the $30k to reflect a new list price of $1,345,000.

Kai Malu 35A is a neatly furnished Kai Malu condo for sale that is generously being offered to buyers fully furnished. In my opinion, the units best feature is the private plunge pool that is perfect for a quick morning dip or to cool off in on those sunny Wailea days. The highest priced unit to sell this year, Kai Malu villa 70A sold for more than $100k off the original list price at $1,550,000. Some Kai Malu units have had the option of a private plunge pool being built just off of the lanai and adds a luxurious aesthetic to the private lanai. The villa also received a complete remodel three years ago, so the interior of the unit has crisp and clean feel to the unit; a total of $300k+ in upgrades have been made. The unit sits in the rop rown and in the corner of the complex, so it is able to take advantage of its higher perch in the complex.
