This year to date, the Kihei Akahi market has experience a large volume of sales with 14 units being sold thus far into 2016; the complex is on pace to beat more than 1 unit sold per month. We have a decent amount of experience in the community this year as we represented the buyers of 4 different proeprties. So far, Kihei Akahi boasts a running sales volume of $4,918,500 with an average sold price of $351,321.
Interestingly, more than 60% of the deals have come in the 2nd half of 2016 with August and September being the most popular months. The $300k price range is the sweet of the community as a little over half of the sales have fallen in this price point; the $200k price point is the next most in demand with a little over 25% of sales occurring in this price range.
