Although the average sold price is $570,480, the units sold in the $500k range were from $500,000-$510,000. Similarly in the case of the units sold in the $600k range, they were also in a tight price point of $660,000-$670,000. The closing dates of the units coincided just after busy visiting seasons ends, so the initial contract dates line up with what would be considered prime visiting season.

Private and quiet community clubhouse 

The lowest priced unit for sale sold for $500,000. It was a top floor condo with a prime location in the community. Located on the front corner of the 6 building which is just off Lipoa Street entrance, the corner units offer ample light and airflow with the extra side windows. The inventory in the community is usually on the slimmer side.
