Wailea Ekahi Market Update

So far in 2016, there have been 10 Wailea Ekahi units sold this year for a running sales volume of $9,815,500 with an average sold price of $981,550. Compared to the same time last year, the complex saw 14 units sold through January 2015-November 2015. Interestingly, 80% of the units sold this year have been sold equal to or greater than a sale price of $900,000, certainly the majority of the sales represent transactions considered to be in the upper price limit of the complex.

Ocean views from upper level lanais

The lowest price unit sold this year was brought to market in early April. It is a unique studio rarely available in Wailea Ekahi and was remodeled to give the unit an elevated sense of comfort. When studio units go up for sale, potential buyers are on it instantly as the studios are desirable because they are in an affordable price point. The unit entered escorw in less than a week after listing and closed for a full list price of $609,000.

The highest price unit close for $1,300,000 million, more than $100k off original list price. Remodeled in 2006, the unitfeatures upper and lower level lanais, both with amazing ocean views! Newer furnishings and currently in short-term rental program with popular rental demand and panoramic ocean and year-round sunset views.
