Interestingly, 80% of the units sold this year have been sold equal to or greater than a sale price of $900,000, certainly the majority of the sales represent transactions considered to be in the upper price limit of the complex.

The lowest price unit sold this year was brought to market in early April. It is a unique studio rarely available in Wailea Ekahi and was remodeled to give the unit an elevated sense of comfort. When studio units go up for sale, potential buyers are on it instantly as the studios are desirable because they are in an affordable price point. The unit entered escorw in less than a week after listing and closed for a full list price of $609,000.
