This year to date, there have been 3 Kihei Ali’i Kai Condos For Sale for a running sales volume of $1,137,500; all 3 of the units have been sold for under $500k which is a great deal considering its convient Kihei location and proximity to Kama’ole Beach Park I. In 2016, the average sold price for a unit is $379,166. Two of the units have been sold in the $300k range, while the last was sold in the $400k price range. Compared to the same time in 2015, 4 condos were sold.
