The sale of the units have been evenly disperse through the price range with no unit selling over $1 million. The majority of sales tend to correlate with the “busier” times of visitor season.

The lowest priced unit sold for $660,000. It was completely renovated with one bed/two baths, 1000+ square feet, and a spacious lanai.
