The average sold price for a unit stands at $544,830.
The highest priced condo to sell was PH25 at $639,000, the next two highest priced to sell were at $635,000 and $6e0,000; two of the units are located in the upper third floor levels of the complex while one was a ground floor unit. The ground floor units can command a premium because of the ocean facing units provide direct access to the soothing shores of Sugar Beach.
The lowest priced unit sold for under $400k, an absolute steal! Interestingly enough the lowest priced unit to sell was a ground floor unit for $390,000, it was upgraded, turnkey, well maintained, and had a strong rental history.
