The unit was last sold almost 10 years ago with the current owner remodeling unit with an upgraded bathroom and charming little kitchen. The unit faces outward towards the perimeter of the complex so the lanai enjoys a private and peaceful location. This unit carries a monthly maintenance of $428 which is a pretty decent monthly fee for a vacation rentable complex.

Maui Vista Market Update

Now that we are a little more 3/4 of the way into 2016, there have been 14 Maui Vista units sold for a running sales volume of $5,035,500. The average sold price for unit is $359,678 while the median sold price is $330,000. A little over 70% of all the sales this year have fallen in the $300k range. The sold units are averaging 168 days on the market and are selling at a decent pace.

The units with the loft are only available on the 4th floor

The lowest priced unit to sell sold for $300,000, it was a first floor unit in more or less original condition with 1 bed and 1 bath. It was on the market for about 6 weeks before entering a 3 month escrow.

The highest priced unit to sell sold for $490,000, the unit had Wailea quality finishes while being in the coveted 3 building on the fourth floor. The unit is over 800 square feet with two beds and two baths; the unit was remodeled and upgraded with excellent finishes.
