Kamaole Sands Market Update
This year to date, the Kamaole Sands has been experiencing a high volume of sales with 22 sold so far in 2016; August and September in particular have been the best months for sales. The average sold price of a unit $459,272, while the unit totals a running sales volume of $10,104,000. More than half of the sales have been above $450k, but there has also been 5 sales in the $300k range.
Lofted Kam Sands unit sold for $467,000
The highest priced unit to sold for a final sale price $660,000. was a coveted two bed and two bath unit with 1000+ square feet. It was an end unit in Building 2 on the ground floor with extra windows and a private lawn area off the lanai. This the entire unit was remodeled from top to bottom with the best appliances and a fantastic upgrade to the kitchen.
The lowest priced unit sold for $335,000 and closed back in August. This unit was 1 bed, two baths, and 818 square feet. The unit is a little older with some original materials, the unit could use some love and TLC, but other than that represents a great buy in the community!
