The highest priced unit to sell this year closed for $3.3 million. It was a pocket listing that we we represented both parties on. The Villas comes with amazing ocean views and is of the largest floorpans offered in the community. The sale price represents a new high water mark this year.

The lowest priced unit to sell this year came to market at $2,150,000 and received a price reduction of $30k in April. We had a buyer client who was ready to write an offer in late May and we were able to get their cash offer of $1,920,000 accepted. Snagging a Ho’olei unit for anything under $2 million is a fantastic deal and we’re happy to get our clients into a unit they desired!
