Ho’olei Market Update

This year to date, there have been 6 Ho’olei villas sold for a running sales volume of $16,145,000. We have been involved in all six transactions so far this year and we have worked hard to ensure an easy real estate experience for all of our clients. The average sold price of a villa is $2,690,833, while the median sold price of a villas was $2,737,500.

The highest priced unit to sell this year closed for $3.3 million. It was a pocket listing that we were able to represent both parties on. The Villas comes with amazing ocean views and is of the largest floorpans offered in the community. The sale price represents a new high water mark this year.

The lowest priced unit to sell this year came to market at $2,150,000 and received a price reduction of $30k in April. We had buyer clients who were ready to write an offer in late May and were able to get their cash offer of $1,920,000 accepted. Snagging a Ho’olei unit for anything under $2 million is a fantastic deal and we’re happy to get our clients into a unit they desired!

At this moment, there are only 3 active Ho’olei condos for sale representing an inventory of $7,995,000. With only three units available, it is very much a sellers market as there is a very limited supply available to buyers. The current average list price for a unit stands at $2,665,000.

The lowest priced unit, Villa 24-3 is listed at $1,950,000 and is 2619 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths; Interior appointments include a private elevator, a gourmet Studio Snaidero kitchen with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances abundant.
