Fresh Price Reduction to Ho’olei Villa 24-3

Lowest Priced Ho’olei Villa Available

For some time now, we have had Ho’olei villa 24-3 listed; there has been interest among a few buyers but none that were serious enough to write an offer. In an effort to get the conversation going, we have now reduced the price by $40k to conjure up some serious, ready, willing, and able buyers.

Ho’olei Market Update

At the moment, the Ho’olei inventory is currently running a little low with only 4 active Ho’olei condos for sale; we currently represent 3 of the 4 listings. Right now the average asking price for a Ho’olei is $2,548,750 which is roughly where the Ho’olei market average hovers. The nice thing about Ho’olei is the cashflow opportunity thye provide; because they can be rented out on a short term vacation rental basis, Ho’olei villas can provide a nice monthly income from the rental revenue (of course, minus taxes).

Right now, we have the lowest priced listing available and that is the unit featured above, Ho’olei villa 24-3. The second lowest priced listing is our listing as well at $2.2 million, villas 24-6 is a popular hibiscus floor plan on the outer perimeter and the largest floor plan available.

The highest priced listing for sale is villa 112-1 and the unit sits in the upper left hand corner of complex which borders the Wailea Blue golf course and has great views overlooking the Grand Wailea, listed at $3,195,000.
