Wailea & Makena 2016 Condo Sales Data

2016 has been a great year in the Wailea condo market, the first 6 months of the year averaged 8 closings per month with its two best months being March (12 sold) and June (11 sold); a little under half of the sales fell in those two months alone. On the other hand, the worst months so far in 2016 were January (5 sold) and May (7 sold).

In the first half of 2016, 52 units were sold representing a running sales volume of $74,272,600. The average sold price for a unit is just over $1.4 million, while the median sold price of a unit was just under $1.1 million.
