Wailea Beach Villas Market Update

So far in 2016, there has only been one unit sold in the Wailea Beach Villas for $2,150,000. The unit sold for a lower price point in the community and is large spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath with den condominium in Wailea’s finest oceanfront complex.

In 2015, there have been five condos sold for an average price of $4,895,000. Two deals in 2015 stood above the rest and caught my eye: $6.1 million for a neatly appointed villa with sprawling ocean views and the other was an oceanfront unit valued at $8.5 million. The lowest priced unit sold for a little over $2.2 million after almost more than a year on the market.

At the moment, there are 9 active Wailea Beach Villas condos for sale representing a total inventory of $41,544,000. The average list price for a villa stands at $4,616,000 with a median list price of $4,100,000. The lowest priced listing is valued at $2,349,000, it is a stylish spacious unit replete with designer upgrades, furnishings, two beds, and two baths. The highest priced listing is $10,500,000, an oceanfront unit with just under 3000 square feet, complete with world class furnishing and pristine ocean views.
